The Night

The Night is a theatre production by the Pabellón 6 Young Company, written by Emilio Encabo Lucini and directed by Juana Lor. The production combines theatre, music, dance and audiovisual elements to create a contemporary and dynamic stage experience.

The play takes place during the end-of-winter party at the nightclub The Night, where a group of young people come together for a night shaped by friendship, dreams, desire, death, loneliness and uncertainty about which direction to take in life. As the night unfolds, the characters are confronted with their own emotions and relationships in a story about growing up, finding one another and losing one’s way along the journey.

In this project, Leire Ormazabal is part of the cast alongside Alazne Astorga, Sara Barroeta, Ioritz Benito, Sandra Ortueta and Sofia Zallio. She brings different characters to life within an ensemble production that also features the Dantzerti Ensemble. Her performance combines acting, movement and interaction with the audience, contributing to the energetic and intimate nature of the piece.

The Night represents another step in Leire’s career within contemporary Basque theatre, as part of a production that explores youth, relationships and emotions through a stage language that moves beyond the conventions of traditional theatre.
