Career
After training in Dramatic Art and Musical Theatre at national and international institutions, Leire Ormazabal has developed her career across theatre, film, and television, combining stage work with on-camera performance.
She has been part of musical theatre companies and the young company of Pabellón 6, taking part in various stage productions over several years. In the audiovisual field, she has participated in film and television projects, consolidating her experience in cinematic language.
In 2024, she received the Best Newcomer in Theatre Award at the Basque Actors’ Union Gala for her performance in The Struggle for Life, directed by Ramón Barea.
Artistic Profile
In addition to her acting work, she has training in singing and dance, as well as in acrobatics and various sports disciplines such as boxing, football, volleyball, swimming, and fencing. This preparation broadens her physical and expressive range, allowing her to take on roles with high physical and emotional demands.
